How do I add a property?
Tap the Properties tab, then tap the + button. Enter the property name, address, purchase price, and date. You can also add a photo and mark it as active or sold.
How do I add a transaction?
Go to the Transactions tab and tap +. Select income or expense, choose a property, enter the amount, date, and category. You can also import transactions from PDF or image receipts using the AI import feature.
How does AI document import work?
Tap the import button (camera icon) in the Transactions screen. Take a photo of a receipt or select a PDF or image from your files. Ownest uses Google Gemini AI to extract transaction details — you review and confirm everything before it's saved.
How do I manage tenants and leases?
Open a property and go to the Lease tab. Tap + to add a tenant with their contact details and lease period. You can add multiple lease periods per property to track tenant history.
What are portfolios?
Portfolios let you group properties for separate tracking — for example, "Rental Properties" and "Vacation Homes". Switch between portfolios using the selector in the app header. The General property is a shared catch-all across all portfolios.
How do I view reports?
Go to the Reports tab. You can view Profit/Loss, Comparison, Trends, Tax summaries, and the Property Timeline. Use the year and property filters to narrow down the data. Reports can be exported as PDF or CSV.
How do I switch the app language?
Go to Settings → Language and select Hebrew or English. The app will restart to apply the language change, including RTL/LTR layout direction.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security, so only you can access your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app isn't loading / I'm stuck on a spinner
Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection. If you're still stuck, please email us at support@erezults.com with a description of what happened and your app version (visible at the bottom of the Settings screen).
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@erezults.com to permanently delete your account and all associated data — properties, transactions, and records. This action cannot be undone.
How do I export my data?
In the Transactions screen, tap the export button to export transactions as an encrypted CSV file. In Reports, you can export individual reports as PDF or CSV using the share buttons on each report tab.
